Tremblay, Phillis Claudia

   Cause of her death was breast cancer.

  Medical Notes:

Cancer went breast to lungs. She had a mastectomy in January 1978. She was never really well again.

  Noted events in her life were:

• Occupation. Secretary until she had children. Raised her children. Then worked as secretary at Lady Evelyn school in Ottawa. She was involved behind the scenes for many years with Orpheus and the Little Theatre. She was a very devote Catholic. She was a great cook; very innovative. She smoked until she was about 40 years old. She gave it up for Lent and never started again.

Phillis married Francis Charles Kerr, son of Francis Kerr and Gladys Mary Larmondra, on 15 Nov 1947 in Ottawa, St Jean Baptiste Church. (Francis Charles Kerr was born on 26 Feb 1922 in Ottawa, Ontario and was christened roman Catholic.)
