"MICHAEL BORROR
TROY - Michael K. Borror, 40, 550 Wisteria Drive, Troy, died Tuesday evening at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. He was the son of Charles and Norma (Putnam) Borror of Conover. Mr. Borror was shot in Old North Dayton, possibly at the scene of a minor traffic accident at the intersection of Troy and Dell streets where an argument developed with the other driver. Dayton Police today said they have no further information on the murder. They do not have a suspect identified. Born Dec. 27, 1947 in Piqua, he is also survived by his wife the former Melody Wylie; three children, Larry, Matthew and Amy Borror, all of Arcanum; three stepchildren, Traci, Chad and Robyn Weaver, at home; a brother, Scott of Fletcher; a sister, Mrs. Charles (Cheryl) Lavin of Troy; and grandmothers, Vera Putnam of Conover and Dorothy Borror of Fletcher. Mr. Borror was a journeyman electrician at Q.O.B. Electric in Dayton. A 1966 graduate of Miami East High School, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge 217 at Lena; Antioch Shrine, Valley of Dayton; and Local 82 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Dayton. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam. Funeral services were Friday at Frings-Bayliff Funeral Home in Tipp City with the Rev. Betty Cloen officiating. Burial was in Casstown Cemetery."
