Herbert Iv(V) Count³² Vermandois (Otho Otto Count³³, Herbert III Count of³⁴, Albert I Count³⁵, Herbert II Count³⁶, Herbert I Count³⁷, Pepin Quentin³⁸, Bernard King of³⁹ Italy, Pippin Carloman King of⁴⁰) was born in Vermandois, Normandy, France about 1028. Herbert died 1080 in France, at age 52.

He married Adele de Vexin before 1068 in France. Adele was born about 1032 in Valois, Bretagne, France. Adele was the daughter of Raoul III "The Valois and Adele de Bar sur aube Countess of Val. Adele died 1080 at age 48.

Herbert Iv(V) Count Vermandois and Adele de Vexin had the following children:

+ 3006 i. Adelaide de³¹ Vermandois Comtesse de Vermandois was born about 1050.

3246 ii. Eudes de Vermandois was born in Valois, Bretagne, France about 1060. He married Havise. Havise was born about 1062.

3247 iii. Gerardus de Vermandois was born in Valois, Bretagne, France about 1064.
