He married Petronille, Princess of Oberlothringen 1113. Petronille, was born about 1086 in Oberlothringe, Lothringen, France. Petronille, died May 24, 1144 at age 57.

Floris II, de Holland and Petronille, Princess of Oberlothringen had the following children:

+ 2774 i. Dirk Vi, Count³⁰ Holland was born about 1114.

3081 ii. Floris de Zwarte Holland was born in S Gravenhage, Z Holl, Neth about 1115. Floris died October 26, 1132 at age 17.

3082 iii. Simon, Count of Holland was born in S Gravenhage, Z Holl, Neth about 1116. Simon, died 7 NOV at age unknown.

3083 iv. Hadewig, Countess of Holland was born in S Gravenhage, Z Holl, Neth about 1117. Hadewig, died January 13, 1132 at age 14.
