1841. Mahaut Maud de²⁶ Brabant (Henry II Duke²⁷, Henry I Duke²⁸, Godfrey III²⁹ Lothier, Godfrey II³⁰) was born in Brabant, France about 1224. Mahaut died September 29, 1288 at age 64. Her body was interred in Cercamp Abbey, Artois, France.

She married twice. She married Robert I Count Artois June 14, 1237 in Compiegne, Syrie. Robert was born September 1216 in Paris, Seine, France. Robert was the son of Louis VIII King of France and Blanca Princess of Castile. Robert died February 8, 1249/1250 in Mussouri, Egypt, at age 33. She married Guy II de Chatillon Count of St. Pol January 16, 1255 in Neapel. Guy was born about 1222 in Chatillon. Guy died February 12, 1289 at age 66.
