He married Maud de Ponthieu before 1180. Maud was born about 1150.

Alberic II, Count Dammartin and Maud de Ponthieu had the following children:

+ 2251 i. Agnes de²⁷ Dammartin was born about 1166.

+ 2022 ii. Simon de Dammartin was born about 1180.
