He married Dulce Aldonza Milhaud Countess February 3, 1112. Dulce was born about 1095. Dulce was the daughter of Gilbert Milhaud Viscount of and Gerberge Provence Countess of. Dulce died 1190 at age 95.

Raimond Berenger IV, Barcelona and Dulce Aldonza Milhaud Countess had the following children:

+ 2464 i. Berenguela of²⁹ Barcelona Queen of Castile was born about 1105.

+ 2663 ii. Raimond Berenger V, Barcelona was born about 1120.
