He married Maud Huntington. Maud was born about 1072 in Huntington, Huntingdonshire, England. Maud was the daughter of Waltheof Earl of Huntington and Judith de Lens. Maud died April 23, 1130/1131 in Scotland, at age 58. Her body was interred 1130/1131 in Scone, Perthshire, England.

Isabel was born about 1132 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England. Isabel was the daughter of Robert II de Beaumont Earl Leicester and Amice de Uta Gael waiet Countess Of Leic.

2978 ii. Waltheof de St liz was born in Northamptonshire, England about 1092. Waltheof died 1170 at age 78.
