2687. William II de³⁰ Varennes 2nd Earl of Surrey (William de³¹)⁽¹⁶²⁰⁾ was born in Sussex about 1081. William died May 11, 1138 in England, at age 56. His body was interred in Priory Of Lewes, Lewes, Sussex, England.

He married Isabel (Elizabeth) de Vermandois before 1118 in France. Isabel was born about 1081 in Valois, Bretagne, France. Isabel⁽¹⁶²¹⁾ was the daughter of Hugues I Crepi le Grand, Comte de Vermandois and Adelaide de Vermandois Comtesse de Vermandois. Isabel died March 31, 1131 in England, at age 49. Her body was interred in Lewes, Sussex, England.

William II de Varennes 2nd Earl of Surrey and Isabel (Elizabeth) de Vermandois had the following children:

2688 i. Reginald de²⁹ Warenne was born in Vermandois, Normandy about 1113. He married Adela de Mowbray. Adela was born about 1106.

2689 ii. Henry de Huntingdon was born 1114. Henry died June 12, 1152 at age 37.

2690 iii. Ralph de Warenne was born in Vermandois, Normandy about 1115. Ralph died in Sp, at age unknown.

+ 2691 iv. Gundred de Warenne Countess Of Warw was born about 1117.

+ 2420 v. William III de Warenne Earl of Surrey was born CA 1119.

+ 2692 vi. Ada de Warenne was born about 1120.
