He married twice. He married Aveline de Fortibus April 9, 1269 in Westminster Abbe, Westminster, Middlesex, Eng. Aveline was born January 20, 1258/1259 in Burstwick, Yorkshire, England. Aveline died November 10, 1274 in Stockwell, Surrey, England, at age 15. Her body was interred November 20, 1274 in Westminster Abbe, Westminster, Middlesex, Eng. He married Blanche D Artois Princess before October 29, 1275/1276 in Paris, Seine, France. Blanche was born 1245/1250 in Paris, Seine, France. Blanche was the daughter of Robert I Count Artois and Mahaut Maud de Brabant. Blanche died May 2, 1302 in Paris, Seine, France, at age 55. Her body was interred in Aldgate, London, Middlesex, England.

1703 i. Thomas²⁴ Plantagenet was born in Grosmont Castle, Monmouthshire, England about 1278. Thomas died March 22, 1321/1322 in Pontefract, Yorkshire, England, at age 43. He married Alice de Lacy CountssofLincoln before October 28, 1294. Alice was born about 1280.

+ 1581 ii. Henry Plantagenet Earl of Lancaster was born 1281.

1704 iii. John Plantagenet was born in Grosmont Castle, Monmouthshire, England before May 1286. John died before 1327 in France, at age unknown.

1705 iv. Mary Plantagenet was born in Grosmont Castle, Monmouthshire, England about 1288. Mary died in Dy, France, at age unknown.
