Philippa died August 14, 1369 in Windsor Castle, Windsor, Berkshire, England, at age 55. Her body was interred in Westminster Abbe, Westminster, Middlesex, Eng.

She married Edward III King of England January 24, 1327/1328 in York Minster, York, Yorkshire, England. Edward was born November 13, 1312 in Windsor Castle, Windsor, Berkshire, England. Edward was the son of Edward II King of England and Isabelle Princess of France. Edward died June 21, 1377 in Shene Palace, Surrey, England, at age 64.
