He married twice. He married Jane Whitney. Jane was born about 1465 in Whitney, Herefordshire, England. Jane was the daughter of Robert Whitney and Constance Touchet. He married Eleanor Somerset. Eleanor was born about 1436 in England. Eleanor was the daughter of Henry Somerset.

1251 i. Watkin Or William¹⁷ Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1461. He married Joan Ap Evan. Joan was born about 1461.

1252 ii. Thomas Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1463. He married Elizabeth Miles. Elizabeth was born about 1463.

1253 iii. Henry Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1465.

1254 iv. Miss Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brecknock, Wales about 1469.

1255 v. Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1469. She married Jenkin Ap Thomas. Jenkin was born about 1469.

1256 vi. Eleanor Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1471. She married Howel Ap Gwilim. Howel was born about 1471.

1257 vii. Joan Vaughan was born in Talgarth, Brckns, Wales about 1473. She married William Morgan. William was born about 1486 in Tredgar, Monmouth, Wales. William was the son of John Morgan Sir and Jenet Verch Mathew. William died 1511 at age 25.

+ 1201 viii. Elizabeth Vaughan was born 1486.
