He married Marguerite de Montdidier about 1080. Marguerite was born about 1035 in Montdidier, Somme, France, Fra. Marguerite was the daughter of Count Hilduin III Montdidier and Adele de Roucy.

Hugh Count de Clermont and Marguerite de Montdidier had the following child:
