521. Everardus¹¹ Bogardus Reverend was born 1607. Everardus died September 27, 1647 in Chepstow, Monmouth, Wales, at age 40. Perished along with 79 others in the shipwreck of the "Princess" off the coast of Wales. Other casualties included Governor Kieft of New Amsterdam and Jochem Kierstede, brother of Dr. Hans Kierstede.

He married Anneke Jans 1638 in New Amsterdam (NY). Anneke was born 1604 in Flekkeroy, Vest Agder, Norway.⁽⁵⁵⁴⁾ Anneke was the daughter of Johan and Trijntje Roelofs. Anneke died 1663 Beverwyck, New Netherlands, at age 59. Her body was interred 1663 Middle Dutch Cemetary, Beaver St, Albany, NY. Anneke immigrated to 1630.

Everardus Bogardus Reverend and Anneke Jans had the following children:

522 i. Jonas¹⁰ Bogardus.

523 ii. Pieter Bogardus.

+ 387 iii. William Bogardus was born November 2, 1639.

524 iv. Cornelis Bogardus was born September 9, 1640.
