Mary C. Wilson Bradley 1910

26. Mary Campbell⁴ Wilson (James⁵, William⁶, James⁷)⁽⁴⁾ was born in Hanover, New York December 17, 1856. Mary died January 10, 1939 in Silver Creek, NY, at age 82.

She married Robert Ogden Bradley November 25, 1886. Robert was born January 2, 1852 in Portland, Chautaqua Co, NY. Robert was the son of Ogden Bradley and Cornelia Tappen. Robert died April 19, 1942 in Silver Creek, NY, at age 90. His body was interred in Evergreen Cem., Hanover Township, New York. Robert's will was probated December 9, 1942 in Chautauqua Co, NY. (See Robert Ogden Bradley for the children resulting from this marriage.) She was tall and stately, and seemed very prim and proper, though she is remembered as having a big heart. She attended Oberlin College (Ohio) Preparatory Department from 1881 to 1883 (the Preparatory Department is similar to our modern High School). The College lists her as a member of the Methodist-Episcobal Church. Interestingly, her daughter Jessie sent a card to the College upon Mary's death in 1951. ⁽⁵⁾
