1823. John²⁶ FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Sussex, England September 14, 1246. John died March 18, 1272 at age 25.

He married Isabella de Mortimer 1260. Isabella was born about 1248 in Wigmore, Herefordshire, England. Isabella was the daughter of Roger de Mortimer and Maud Braose. Isabella died before August 10, 1274 at age 26.

John FitzAlan and Isabella de Mortimer had the following children:

1824 i. Maud²⁵ FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Essex, England about 1263. She married Philip Burnell. Philip was born about 1263.

+ 1691 ii. Richard FitzAlan Earl Of Arundel was born February 3, 1267.

1825 iii. Matilda FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Essex, England about 1269. She married Philip Burnel. Philip was born about 1269.

1826 iv. John FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Essex, England about 1271.

1827 v. Amy FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Essex, England about 1273.

1828 vi. Eleanor FitzAlan was born in Arundel, Sussex, England about 1275. Eleanor died July 1328 at age 53. She married Henry de Percy Baron about 1297 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England. Henry was born about March 25, 1273 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England. Henry was the son of Henry de Percy and Eleanor de Warenne. Henry died October 1314 in Fountains, Abbey, England, at age 41.
