2518. Gertrude, Countess of²⁹ Andechs Queen of Hungary was born in Andechs, Oberbayern, Bavaria about 1185. Gertrude, died September 28, 1213 at age 28.

She married Andras II, King of Hungary 1203. Andras was born 1176 in Esztergom, K Eszt, Hungary. Andras was the son of Bela III, King Hungary and Agnes de Chatillon Queen of Hungary. Andras died September 21, 1235 at age 59. His body was interred in Eger, Heves, Hungary. (See Andras II, King of Hungary for the children resulting from this marriage.)
