He married Beatrix (de Hainault) von Hennegau before 1014. Beatrix was born in Hainault, France, Fra. Beatrix⁽¹⁶³⁸⁾ was the daughter of Count Reginald Hainault and Princess Hedwig (Heluis) de France. Beatrix was divorced from Ebles I Count de Roucy before 1021.

Ebles was divorced from Beatrix (de Hainault) von Hennegau before 1021. He was Comte de Roucy in 997; Comte de Reims in 1023; and Archbishop of Reims in 1021.

Ebles I Count de Roucy and Beatrix (de Hainault) von Hennegau had the following children:
