James¹¹, Thomas¹², Thomas¹³, Thomas¹⁴, Thomas¹⁵, Thomas¹⁶, Thomas¹⁷, William¹⁸, Thomas¹⁹, Thomas²⁰, William²¹, John²²) was born in Norwich, New London, CT February 1, 1725/1726.⁽¹⁸³⁾ Ebenezer died February 13, 1797 in Norwich, New London, CT, at age 72.

He married Mary Huntington September 3, 1750 in Norwich, New London, CT.⁽¹⁸⁴⁾ Mary was born November 26, 1728 in Norwich, New London, CT.⁽¹⁸⁵⁾ Mary was the daughter of Isaac Huntington and Rebecka Lathrop. Mary died 1798 at age 69.

Ebenezer Fitch and Mary Huntington had the following child:
